People and Culture Action Group

Terms of reference

This group was formed following review of the Diversity Action Groups in 2010. It includes the responsibilities previously held by the Minority Ethnic Group, Immigration and Asylum Group and the Religion and Belief Group.

The aim of the group is to progress the strategic aims of the force as they relate to people and culture equality issues, ensuring trust and confidence is promoted in both service delivery and employment and to support the service's Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Strategy.
