Our vision

We will work with partners to create a safe environment for everyone in Kent, where the public feel protected by a visible and accessible police service, displaying a sincere commitment to reducing crime and disorder.

Introduction 

The Kent Police Service Standard describes the quality of service that residents and visitors to the county can expect from Kent Police.

The quality of service our officers and staff provide is already highly valued. However, to make sure we constantly improve, we monitor our performance against the standards set out in the document below.

Our key aim is to make sure we are dealing with the anti-social behaviour and crime issues that matter to you the most.

This new edition of our Standard will help officers and staff to achieve this aim and do so consistently wherever they meet, work with and support you.
