The aim of Kent Police Citizens' Panel is to find out the views of Kent residents on a range of policing issues.
The panel is an important addition to the Kent Police and Kent Police Authority's public consultation programme. It helps the force and Authority understand the views of local people and shapes our service for the future.
Over a year panel members are invited to take part in anything from one to four exercises. This will involve Kent Police asking for members' opinions through surveys (by email, phone or post). On some occasions we ask members to attend a focus group.
During the coming months we will provide information on how views gathered from panel members will be used by Kent Police.
If you would like more information about becoming a Citizens' Panel member please email us or call 01622 652663.
If you're between 11 and 16 years old, you can tell us your views on how we can improve our services by becoming a member of the Kent Youth Panel. You can also contact us on the number above for more information.
