Three assaulted in Canterbury

Incident in Church Street at 11.15pm on Friday 13 November

Kent Police is appealing for information after three people were assaulted in Canterbury on Friday 13 November.

The incident happened on Church Street near to Jasper's Kebab shop at around 11.15pm.

Altercation

Three people (two men and one woman) were walking along the street and were approached by a group of three men and two women. An altercation ensued, during which the group assaulted the three people.

The victims, all aged in their late teens, were punched and kicked, suffering bruising, cuts and grazes as a result.
