Tell us your priorities

Email your neighbourhood team, using the details above, with your top three priorities for where you live (one being the most important).

For example:

  1. Speeding along the highstreet
  2. Graffiti around the local supermarket
  3. Littering in the park

Local officers will then review all responses, together with issues raised at Partners and Community Together (PACT) meetings, to decide on the next local priorities for your area.

Priorities for your neighbourhood

The following priorities have been identified by your community.

Action will be taken by the agency responsible for dealing with the problem.

Priority: ASB - Nuisance - Woodlands Avenue Hartley
Priority is to tackle reports of large groups of young people hanging around the youth shelter making excess noise until the early hours of the morning. The young people are banging on the shelter and screaming which is waking residents.

Action (updated 17 June 2010):
PCSO Vincent has been working closely with the local Youth Worker, Matt Butt, to engage and build relationships with the local young people. Several events and clubs have been organised to discourage the young people from hanging around the streets.

Priority: Vehicle - nuisance - Northfield Hartley
Priority is to tackle reports of nuisance mini motors riding dangerously on Northfield. Reports state the riders are not wearing helmets, causing annoyance, and affecting local residents quality of life.

Action (updated 29 July 2010):
There have been two reports in the past two days about a nuisance motorcycle on Northfield. KCC Warden Adam Osborne is assisting PC Karen Perkins in trying to identify the rider and the bike. Assistance in this matter is appreciated from members of the public.
