Deputy Chief Constable Alan Pughsley supports the Chief Constable in making sure Kent Police is efficient and effective. He is responsible for:

• all operational delivery and for delivery against performance targets
• engaging with a range of stakeholders and representing the force on the Kent Criminal Justice Board
• corporate development (including change management, strategic planning, delivering service improvement, service inspection and performance analysis).
