If people have any concerns about crime and policing where they live there are even more ways they can now contact their local officers. • The latest quarterly figures show crime is down 4.5% between April and September 2011, compared to the same period last year.

Recorded burglary dwelling

• The latest quarterly figures show burglaries from homes was down 14.3% between April to September 2011, compared to the same period in 2010.

Recorded vehicle crime

• The latest quarterly figures show vehicle crime is down 21.6% (1,061 offences) between April and September 2011, compared to the same period in 2010
