Accident Process Units

If you have a specific enquiry about your incident, please contact the Accident Process Unit handling your case. If you do not know which process unit is handling your case any of them will be able to help you. You can call the Accident Process Unit during normal office hours, Monday to Friday. Outside these times you will be able to leave a message.
