Complaints about individuals

Police badge

If you wish to make a complaint about an individual police officer or member of Kent Police staff you can do so by completing our online form.

You should use the online form if you:

  • were the person directly involved in an incident
  • witnessed an incident
  • were adversely affected by an incident
  • are representing a person directly involved in an incident (as long as you have written consent)
  • are a member of a different police force who was off duty at the time of the incident

Please note that the Professional Standards administration team which process the complaints forms, work normal office hours. We will therefore endeavour to acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible if it is made outside normal office hours.
