Justice Seen, Justice Done

When a crime has been committed, you want to know what has happened to the person responsible. This section aims to let you know how some offences have been dealt with by the courts.

Click the links below to view a selection of offenders who have been bought to justice across Kent:

  • North (Dartford, Gravesham, Medway and Swale)
  • East (Thanet, Canterbury, Ashford, Shepway and Dover)
  • West (Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Malling, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells)

Did you know?

We often use our virtual court technology to help bring offenders to justice quickly. The system can mean drink driving offenders, for example, appear at court from custody via a live video link and have their licenses taken away the same day. Take a look.

Have you heard about our Restorative Justice too? Where possible we bring offenders face-to-face with their victims to help them understand the impact of their crimes and reduce re-offending. You can find out more about this work here - restorative justice.
