Patrick was sentenced to 180 days in prison for fraud and theft

Joseph Brooke Brian Patrick, 23, of Hothfield Road, Gillingham was sentenced on 31 October 2011 at Medway Magistrates’ Court.

Patrick pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation and theft.

On 3 March 2009 in Gillingham, Patrick pretended to be a doctor and fraudulently wrote prescriptions to gain medicines for himself.

On 5 March 2011 in Gillingham, Patrick stole money from another man.

Magistrates sentenced Patrick to 180 days in prison, suspended for 12 months. He must also pay £400 compensation.
