Richard Peter Farthing, 37, previously from Sandhurst Close, Gillingham was sentenced on 31 October 2011 at Medway Magistrates’ Court.

Farthing pleaded guilty to burglary.

On 17 May 2011 in Gillingham, Farthing entered as a trespasser a property and stole electrical items and jewellery.

Magistrates sentenced Farthing to 90 days in prison.
