James Kempe, 23, of Thatcher’s Lane, Rochester was sentenced on 25 October 2011 at Mid Kent Magistrates’ Court.

Kempe pleaded guilty to assault.

On 2 October 2011 in Maidstone, Kempe assaulted another man.

Magistrates ordered him to carry out 300 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay £150 compensation. He must also pay £85 court costs.
