Kucinski was sentenced to a total of 21 days in prison and fined for shoplifting and using threatening words/behaviour

Krzysztof Kucinski, 37, of no fixed address but known in the Maidstone area, was sentenced on 24 October 2011 at Mid Kent Magistrates’ Court.

Kucinski pleaded guilt to shoplifting and using words/behaviour that could cause alarm or distress.

On 29 August 2011 in Maidstone, Kucinski stole head phones from a shop. On 20 August 2011 in Maidstone, Kucinski used threatening or abusive words/behaviour.

Magistrates sentenced him to a total of 21 days in prison and fined him £50. He must also pay £15 court costs.
