Skone was disqualified from driving and ordered to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work for drink driving

Anthony William Skone, 21, of Maresfield Close, Dover was sentenced on 18 October 2011 at Channel Magistrates’ Court, Folkestone.

Skone pleaded guilty to drink driving.

On 24 September 2011 in Dover, Skone drove a Vauxhall Corsa along York Street while over the drink drive limit. He had 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

Magistrates disqualified Skone from driving for 24 months and ordered him to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Skone must also pay £85 court costs.
