Thomas was disqualified from driving and fined for failing to provide a specimen

Lloyd Daniel Thomas, 25, of Coniston Drive, Canterbury was sentenced on 17 October 2011 at Channel Magistrates’ Court, Folkestone.

Thomas pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis.

On 1 October 2011 in Dover, Thomas failed to provide a specimen when required to do so.

Magistrates disqualified Thomas from driving for three years and fined him £280. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
