Appeal for information after Gravesend incident

Officers are investigating a report that a woman was grabbed in the Dashwood Road area on 9 November, at 5.30am

Officers are appealing for information to an incident in Gravesend on Friday 9 November.

A woman was walking in the Dashwood Road area at about 5.30am when she was approached by a man who allegedly grabbed her before she fell to the ground. The man then ran off towards Woodlands Park.

Description of suspect and suspicious vehicle

The man is described as being 5ft 10in, with a deep, foreign accent. He was wearing woolly gloves, a black woolly hat, black `puffa' style jacket and blue jeans.

The victim also reported seeing a suspicious vehicle driving slowly shortly before the alleged incident. The vehicle is described as being light blue with four doors, and possibly a Skoda.
