The press office at Kent Police headquarters is staffed Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you are a journalist, please call 01622 652150 or email the Press Office with your enquiry.

Out of hours

Outside these hours a press officer is available to answer urgent enquiries and can be contacted by calling the Duty Inspector at the Force Control Room on 101 (from within Kent), 01622 690690 (outside Kent/overseas).

There are dedicated local press officers who liaise with the local media about incidents, appeals and operations and keep partners and stakeholders updated on how we are tackling crime.
