What’s causing the delay?
Enhanced DBS checks have to be reviewed by local police forces as part of the disclosure service. This can add to the time it takes to process your checks.
We’re aware that some applications are taking much longer than our 60 day escalation target. Some applications are taking up to 100 days. This is a serious concern for us and we understand the impact this can have on applicants and employers.
