PSE Beautridge and Superintendent Matt Burbeck presented the Productivity Tool Dashboard paper as previously circulated and highlighted key points including ongoing development, usage, and impact.
Chief Officers were supportive of the tool and advised it was well received within the areas it has been rolled out to so far. Chief Officers supported, with due consideration, extending access to additional areas and providing officers and staff with access to their own data.
DCC Peter Ayling joined the meeting.
PSE Castle presented the paper as previously shared noting the financial position remains stable, with no material changes since the last report and the force is likely to end the period with an increased underspend of approximately £600,000. The main risks include redundancy costs, which are expected to be lower due to redeployment, and SERPIT costs.
ACO Claire Medhurst and PSE Fiona Brown presented the paper as previously shared seeking a decision on which tactical projects to progress in the 2026/2027 financial year.
Chief Officers agreed the recommendation to progress the following projects: Cyclops BRC, Socrates BRC, Traffic Printing, CSAS Server, Taser T10, Media Case Management.
Chief Officers also agreed to progress Civil Contingency Alerting, contingent on PSE Fiona Brown assessing the resourcing needs of the project and providing an update to CC Smith and DCC Ayling.
Entering Senior Leadership Development Programme
