3a. Uniform options for front-line officers
T/CS Alland presented the uniform options to chief officers. A conversation took place around uniform options and the recommendations presented.

ACO Leicester introduced the paper to chief officers. Ms Humphreys provided a brief overview of the proposed reform work, there was no decision required the item was for information only.
4b. HR succession planning review and proposals
ACO Leicester presented the paper to chief officers. This is an update to the paper presented in March 2023 on work and current position.
Chief officers were asked to consider whether the pilot, commencing in August 2023 will incorporate:

Chief officers agreed to extend succession planning to chief inspector / superintendent and Grade H to K.
DCC Ayling introduced the paper to chief officers. Mr Beautridge presented the PID in further detail. Quarterly updates will be provided at COMB going forward.
