PSE Brown presented the briefing report to Chief Officers, to seek their approval for the following decisions:
Decisions:
Chief Officers gave their approval for decisions 1, 2 and 3 as outlined in the supporting paper, and noted the additional revenue funding increase of £14k+ for future budgets for system maintenance from year two onwards.
DCO Drysdale agreed to discuss the CCTV risk assessment with PSE Ribbens as part of the ongoing security review.
ACC Pritchard presented the update to Chief Officers to note for information in order to provide the audit trail to comply with the Forensic Science Regulator and future UKAS Inspections.

Chief Officers noted the three recommendations outlined in the briefing paper and the authorisation by ACC Pritchard in his role as the Senior Accountable Officer.
