T/Supt Alan Rogers presented the paper as previously shared which outlines the changes required to obtain personal data during Section 163 Road Traffic Act stop checks to understand any disproportionality trends.
Chief Officers discussed the proposal and potential impact and provided feedback to T/Supt Rogers and T/ACC Quiller who addressed concerns.
Chief Officers agreed to:
PSE Nicola Endacott presented the paper as previously shared seeking Chief Officer agreement on the proposed survey timeline for 2025/26. Under action 09/25 from the previous meeting, Chief Officers requested clarity on the timeline of all currently proposed surveys. PSE Endacott noted she is currently working on producing a strategy for future surveys.
Chief Officers agreed to the proposed survey timeline for 2025/26.
