Misconduct hearing for former PC 30123 Jenkins

1. Name of officer: Former PC 30123 Jenkins.

2. Date, time and venue of the hearing: Monday 29 June to Thursday 2 July 2026 in the County Room, Kent Police Force Headquarters, Sutton Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 9BZ starting at 10am.

3. The conduct and how that conduct is alleged to amount to gross misconduct: It is alleged that the former officer behaved inappropriately towards a younger female colleague and made inappropriate comments regarding sexuality to both colleagues and members of the public.

The Chair of the hearing has imposed the following conditions:-

  1. The taking of photographs and the use of visual or sound recording equipment during the hearing or by attendees whilst on police premises is prohibited, except for official purposes by the Professional Standards Department.
  2. Any form of live streaming or live use of social media within the hearing is prohibited.
