On 5 to 7 October 2026 Police Constable 30847 White appeared before a misconduct tribunal relating to failure to meet standards under the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.
The case arose from allegations that the officer had made inappropriate physical contact with colleagues which made them uncomfortable and to which they did not consent.
It was alleged that this unwanted physical contact was intentional, deliberate, targeted, and repeated. It was further alleged that the officer made comments and remarks both to and about their colleagues which were sexist, racist, discriminatory, transphobic, inappropriate, disrespectful and misogynistic.
The hearing was held in public.
The officer did not accept that the conduct alleged amounted to gross misconduct.
Having considered the case put forward by the Presenting Counsel, the tribunal found the case proven to be one of gross misconduct.
They considered that the officer’s conduct had breached the standards of professional behaviour relating to authority, respect and courtesy, discreditable conduct and equality and diversity.
In considering the disciplinary outcome, the tribunal considered the officer’s personal record and his representations submitted via his Federation Representative.
The officer was dismissed without notice and added to the barred list.
