Chief Superintendent Opportunity

We're looking for inspirational leaders to join our team and help us continue to place Kent Police at the forefront of UK policing. We have opportunites for experience Chief Superintendents and suitably qualifiied Superintendents seeking promotion.

Our innovative approaches to technology and creative policing models have made us one of the most forward-thinking forces in the country. Not only enabling us to be the first force to receive 'outstanding' for Legitimacy from HMICFRS, but the first to retain the rating for the last 4 years.

Kent itself is a fantastic place to live and work and offers a great mix of both urban and rural policing opportunities. As well as having one of the busiest road networks our geographic location - between London and Europe - also means we have a significant part to play in both national and international policing. Both the county and our strong leadership ethos can provide you the platform you need to take your career to new heights.
