Candidates will be required to demonstrate operational credibility and evidence at level 3 of the National Competency and Values Framework (CVF)
Candidares wishin gto be considered for a Detective role must be accredited and have a proven background of managing complex investigations.
Candidates who have been successful for promotion in their own force within the previous 12 months will need to provide Kent Police with the specific feedback and development plan that demonstrates they have addressed the development areas.
In addition, candidates must be supported to apply for these roles by their current management team.
Successful candidates will receive postings based on specific skills, vacancy and operational requirements. Candidates should be aware that we will post successful candidates into the most appropriate role/location based on organisational need.
