Recruitment: pre application workshops


If you’re looking to join Kent Police but need help with your application, then come along to our pre-application workshops.

Our workshops will offer you the chance to find out more about the recruitment and selection process for your preferred career. The recruitment team will go through the process step by step, from starting an application to joining Kent Police.

You’ll also be given the opportunity to speak to our frontline Police Officers and Call handler staff about what the job involves and their experiences.

We’re giving you the chance to complete a screening assessment on the night with our FCR team. If successful you'll be booked onto our next Assessment Centre, so bring your diary! Take the first step to starting your career as a 999/101 call handler and dispatcher.

  • Police officer - 5pm 
  • Call handler/dispatcher - 6.30pm
