Maidstone woman disqualified for drink driving
Chloe Ebanks was sentenced on 19 January 2018 at Mid Kent Magistrates’ Court.
She pleaded guilty to drink driving, and was convicted of the offence by magistrates.
On 6 January 2018 the 26-year-old, of Peel Street, Maidstone, drove on Boxley Road, Maidstone, with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
For breath tests the legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Magistrates disqualified Ebanks from driving for 40 months.
The ban will be reduced if she satisfactorily completes a driving course approved by the Secretary of State.
The course will not exceed £250.
She was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and £85 to fund victim services.
