Man convicted for drink driving in Tunbridge Wells
Michael Lovelock was sentenced on 16 January 2018 at West Kent Magistrates’ Court.
He pleaded guilty to drink driving, and was convicted of the offence by magistrates.
On 10 August 2017 the 52-year-old, of Arundel Road, Tunbridge Wells, drove on Langton Road (A264), Tunbridge Wells with 143 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
For blood tests the legal limit is 80 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millitres of blood.
Magistrates disqualified Lovelock from driving for 18 months and fined him £120.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and £30 to fund victim services.
