Man convicted for failing to provide a specimen for analysis
Charles Robert McCormack was sentenced on 16 January 2018 at West Kent Magistrates’ Court.
He pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis, and was convicted of the offence by magistrates.
On 30 December 2017 the 39-year-old, of Rye Road, Cranbrook, failed to provide a breath specimen for analysis after being suspected of driving a car in Tonbridge.
Magistrates disqualified McCormack from driving for 3 years and ordered him to undertake 200 hours of unpaid work.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and £85 to fund victim services.
