Dashcam footage and witnesses are sought to identify the driver of a vehicle which allegedly failed to stop for police near Sevenoaks.
At around 8.35am on Friday 2 October 2026, proactive patrols spotted a suspicious silver Ford Focus on London Road in Dunton Green.
Officers indicated for the vehicle to stop, but it failed to do so.
The vehicle was reportedly later involved in a collision with a white Volkswagen Tiguan in Lusted Road.
The car eventually came to a stop in Hillfield Road, where the occupant allegedly left the vehicle on foot towards Chipstead Lakes.
Officers are seeking help to identify the suspected driver, who is described as white and in his 20s, with dark facial hair. He is believed to have been wearing a dark-coloured tracksuit top, dark-coloured tracksuit bottoms and black trainers at the time.
Anyone with information is urged to call the west Kent appeals line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 02-0283.
Officers are especially keen to hear from local residents with private CCTV or drivers with dashcam, who may have been in the area at the time of the incident.
