Investigators are appealing for witnesses after a suspect was arrested in connection with a reported assault in Leysdown-on-Sea.
The incident happened near a public house in Leysdown Road, at around 5.35pm on Saturday 28 September 2024.
It is alleged a man approached a stationary white van and threatened a woman he knew sitting inside, whilst punching the vehicle.
Patrols were called to the scene and a 47-year-old man from Dartford was arrested. He was later bailed to return to the police station pending further enquiries.
Officers are urging witnesses or anyone with information that may assist their investigation to call the appeal line.
Residents with private CCTV and motorists with dashcam are also asked to check for relevant footage.
