Witnesses are sought following an alleged assault on a police officer in Canterbury.
Officers were in the city centre speaking to electric bike users about the law surrounding their use on Friday 30 August 2024.
One electric bike user allegedly attempted to ride away from officers and was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a police officer.
During the arrest, which took place at the junction of St George's Street and Canterbury Lane at around 6.30pm, an officer was reportedly bitten on the hand.
A 17-year-old boy was taken into custody and later bailed pending further enquiries.
