Detectives investigating an assault in Canterbury are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Kent Police was called at 3.20am on Sunday 21 April 2024 following a report a man had been assaulted in Canterbury Lane.
Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and the man was taken to a local hospital with injuries consistent with stab wounds, which are not life-threatening.
It has since been reported that the incident followed an earlier argument outside Cousins Pool and Snooker Lounge in Lower Bridge Street.
An investigation to establish the full circumstances is ongoing and anyone who witnessed what happened, or has information about the earlier incident, is urged to call 01843 222289 quoting reference 46/64176/24.
