Witnesses are urged to come forward following a reported assault in Tonbridge.
Police were called shortly after 3.30pm on Friday 1 November 2024 and it was reported that a woman had been assaulted on a pathway near to Romney Way earlier that afternoon.
It was alleged that the woman was approached by a man whom she did not know and who grasped at her, before she was able to leave the area on foot. There were no reported injuries.
Officers attended and carried out initial enquiries. The suspect was described as a white man, around 5ft 6in tall, with dark brown hair and a dark beard, wearing a dark grey hoodie that was pulled up.
The man, who was described as having a lot of hair on his arms, was believed to have exposed himself before the incident took place.
An investigation is ongoing and detectives are urging witnesses who were in the area between 3pm and 4pm on Friday 1 November to come forward.
