Witnesses are sought following a report of an attempted robbery in Canterbury.
At around 1.30am on Saturday 12 October 2024, a man was walking along Stour Street using his phone when another man reportedly tried to take it from him.
The victim was then assaulted, before the offender left the scene empty-handed.
Emergency services attended and the victim was taken to hospital with injuries to his head and arm and was later discharged.
The incident took place near the junction with Hospital Lane.
An investigation is ongoing and detectives have since been working in the area, reviewing local CCTV and speaking to potential witnesses.
