Witnesses and dashcam footage are sought by officers investigating a collision and a reported assault in Cuxton.
Patrols and South East Coast Ambulance Service were called to the collision in Rochester Road, at 9.05pm on Saturday 11 January 2025.
It involved a white Ford Ranger and a white Audi A3. A passenger in the Audi required treatment for a shoulder injury at a local hospital.
It is alleged the driver of the Ranger assaulted a man at the scene and then punched an ambulance.
The suspect, aged 30 and from Chatham, was arrested and taken into custody.
He was later bailed to return to the police station pending further investigation.
Officers are urging anyone who saw the incident, or either vehicle before the collision, to call the appeal line on 01634 792209, quoting 46/6430/25.
Motorists and residents with private CCTV are also asked to check for relevant footage.
