Officers investigating a fatal collision on the A299 at Saint Nicholas-at-Wade are appealing for witnesses.
The incident happened at 6.49pm on Tuesday 25 February 2025.
A white Fiat Ducato lorry was travelling from Saint Nicholas-at-Wade along the A299 towards London, when it collided with a stationary Iveco Daily road sweeper.
Officers attended the scene along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Kent Fire and Rescue Service.
The passenger of the lorry, a man in his 20s, was confirmed to be deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been made aware.
The lorry driver, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he remains in a stable condition and the other driver, a man in his 60s, was taken to a local hospital for treatment to minor injuries.
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is investigating and urges anyone who witnessed the incident, but has not yet spoken to police, to contact them.
