Investigators are issuing a CCTV image and are appealing for witnesses to a disturbance involving several people outside a bar in Rochester.
The incident happened in the High Street near the junction with Blue Boar Lane, between 1.50am and 2.30am on Saturday 8 February 2025.
A man is alleged to have pushed a woman to the floor and was then reportedly assaulted by another man.
It is understood there were subsequent altercations in the same location involving several people.
A 27 year old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault and was later bailed pending further investigation.
Officers are appealing to anybody who witnessed the incident and who has not yet spoken to the police, to contact the appeal line.
They would also like to identify the man in the CCTV image who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
