Appeal following Rochester nightclub assault

Investigators have released a CCTV image after a man was assaulted and suffered serious facial injuries in a Rochester nightclub.

The incident happened at the Casino Cabaret Rooms in Blue Boar Lane, at around 11.45pm on Friday 13 December 2024.

The victim, who is in his 20s, intervened in an altercation involving two groups and was allegedly assaulted by another man.

An investigation is underway and officers have been completing enquiries, including the review of CCTV footage at the premises.

Appeal

Detective Sergeant Hannah Corbishley said:

‘We are now able to issue an image of a man who may be able to assist with our enquiries. While it is blurred, it is hoped that somebody recognises the person and contacts our appeal line.
‘We would also like to speak to any witnesses or anyone else who was the victim of an assault during the incident.’
