Officers have promptly arrested a suspect following a serious assault near Walderslade.
Kent Police was called at approximately 9.45pm on Monday 20 July 2026 to Spenlow Drive in Boxley.
It is alleged the victim, who is in his 30s, was assaulted by two men with weapons and suffered injuries consistent with stab wounds. He was taken to a local hospital by paramedics and his condition is serious but stable.
Patrols completed initial enquiries and at 1.10am the following morning, a 28 year old man was arrested in London Road, West Malling by armed officers. He was taken into custody.
An investigation is continuing and officers are urging any witnesses or anyone with CCTV to contact police on 01622 604100 quoting reference 46/118216/26.
