Appeal following serious collision near Wye

Witnesses are being sought following a serious collision near Wye.

At around 12.40pm on Wednesday 22 June 2022, a blue Proton and a light-blue Mini were involved in a collision at the junction of Harville Road and the A28.

Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and Kent Fire and Rescue Service and a man and a woman were taken to a local hospital. The man had suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital.

Kent Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is investigating and is appealing to anyone who saw what happened, or who has dashcam footage that could help enquiries, to contact them.
