Investigators are appealing for information following a serious collision in Rochester.
Between 5.50pm and 6pm on Thursday 1 February 2024, a grey Volvo S60 was being driven along St Williams Way towards City Way, when it was involved in a collision with a black Kia Sportage travelling in the same direction.
The incident happened near the junction with Fairlead Road.
The driver of the Kia, a woman in her 60s, was treated at a local hospital and has since been moved to a London hospital where she remains in a critical condition.
The other driver, a man in his 40s, received medical attention for minor injuries.
Officers have been completing enquiries and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam or CCTV footage, to call the appeal line if they have not yet spoken to the police.
