Detectives are appealing for witnesses and possible victims to come forward following reports of voyeurism in Canterbury.
At around 6pm on Sunday 26 April 2026, Kent Police was called to the Thomas Ingoldsby pub in Canterbury High Street following reports that a man had been acting suspiciously and allegedly entered the women’s toilets. It is reported that he was seen to be looking under stalls.
Officers attended the scene and arrested a local 34 year old man on suspicion of voyeurism. He has since been released on bail whilst enquiries continue.
The alleged victims have not yet come forward, and had left the scene before patrols attended. Officers are urging them, and anyone with relevant information, to contact Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/66074/26.
Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or use the online form.
