Investigators are appealing for witnesses following a report of an assault by three men in Edenbridge.
At around 11.00am on Thursday 16 December 2021, patrols were called to an allegation that a man was in the High Street when he was assaulted and had a noxious substance sprayed towards him.
The victim, aged in his 40s, is not believed to have suffered any serious injury.
Later the same day, three men were arrested in connection with the incident.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses to the incident, or anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage that may assist the investigation, to come forward.

Investigators later charged 23-year-old Freddy Mockler, 19-year-old Jonjo Saunders and 18-year-old Steven Kaynar with attempted wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm and two counts of threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a knife and a noxious substance.
Mr Mockler of Buckland Road, Orpington, Greater London and Mr Saunders, of Star Lane, Orpington appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 18 December where they were remanded to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on 17 January 2022. Mr Kaynar, of Carew Way, Orpington was conditionally bailed by Medway Magistrates’ Court to appear at the same hearing.
