Officers are appealing for witnesses following a report a man was bitten by a dog in Larkfield.
The incident happened in Chaucer Way at around 6.20pm on Friday 1 March 2024.
It is alleged a woman, who was walking the dog on a lead, did not leave her details and left the scene towards Masefield Way.
The victim suffered a leg injury.
Constables are working to identify the woman who is described as being white, between 40 and 50 years old, and between five feet four inches and five feet six inches tall.
The dog is said to be medium-sized, with mid-length, dark brown fur.
