Detectives investigating a burglary in Folkestone are appealing for a potential witness to come forward.
Between 1pm and 1.30pm on Friday 17 May 2024, a house in the Cherry Garden Avenue area was broken into.
A window was smashed and a search carried out inside before two burglars left the scene with jewellery, wallets and a handbag.
Officers attended following a call and searched the area with the help of a police dog.
The suspects were not located at the scene but four people have since been arrested as part of the ongoing investigation.
Enquiries have established that a man was seen walking a German shepherd dog in the area at the time and he may have information to assist the investigation.
The man, or anyone else who can help police, is urged to call 01843 222289 quoting reference 46/80823/24.
You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or complete their online form.
