The public’s help is sought to identify a suspect who is reported to have committed an indecent act in Tunbridge Wells.
Two teenagers witnessed the incident as they walked through a wooded area near Neville Park onto Major York's Road, at around 5.20pm on 21 September 2024.
The suspect is described as white and around 5ft 11ins. He has short greying hair, worn in a buzz cut style, and is clean shaven.
He was wearing a dark green, hooded top, dark blue jeans, and white trainers at the time of the incident.

Drivers with dashcam are also asked to check for relevant footage.
