Kent Police has located a man who was assaulted in Dartford and are continuing to appeal for information from members of the public.
The incident took place at 2.07am on Saturday 8 August 2020 and reportedly saw a man assaulted as he lay on the ground, following a disturbance in the High Street.
A suspect for the assault was located by officers in Lowfield Street a short time later and he has been released on bail, pending further enquiries, until 2 September.
The victim was initially unknown to Kent Police and officers issued an appeal to locate him. They have since established he is safe, well and not seriously injured.
