An arrest has been made by Kent Police officers investigating a report of a sexual assault in Canterbury on Thursday 2 June 2022.
The incident happened in Palace Street between 3am and 3.30am on Thursday 2 June 2022.
Following enquiries, Kent Police officers have arrested a 30-year-old man from Canterbury on suspicion of the offence.
The arrest was made on the evening of Thursday 2 June 2022. He has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
Officers continue to carry out enquiries into the incident and are encouraging any other victims to come forward.
